He does his good deeds without calling attention to himself, preferring that his identity remain secret. Sorry this copy is a bit rough and faded, its the best I could find.

Your post is unintelligible, please try asking when sober and off drugs. Please also note that if you are writing from the perspective of USA inmates, even there they have their own and many laws. The most recent of which that I'm aware of is effective from October 27, 1998 and that believe it or not, USA law does not apply to the whole planet, duh . . . Each political jurisdiction also have their own laws, even if only to justify their own separate existence. So, simply put, take your head out of your arse and smell the coffee instead of the weed.
